1.5. “MSU Game Data” means certain data, metadata and other information relating to the MapleStory N or other game, features or functions operated by the Company via MapleStory Universe, the MSU API Services, the Services and/or any corresponding players/users and other individuals, including without limitation gameplay data, usage data, transaction records, marketplace activity, in-game item and NFT ownership and activity records, marketplace history, player profiles, account identifiers, screen names, gameplay history, platform, activity logs, performance statistics, team or group information, achievements, communications, and other related information, each as may be provided by the Company through the MSU API in its sole discretion from time to time.

8.4 Additionally, Your Application may include MSU Brands/Marks in its title or URL if expressly permitted by the Company’s prior written approval, provided that You shall immediately remove or modify such use upon the Company’s request, in accordance with the Company’s instructions. Under no circumstances shall You use the MSU Game Data, the MSU API, Your Application or any related materials in any manner that could be construed or interpreted as marketing, advertising, promoting, or endorsing the Company, or any of its products or services

8.7 Where the use of the MSU API Services involves the transfer of personal data from the Company (as data exporter and independent controller, transferring such data on a controller-to-controller basis to You (as data importer and independent controller) outside the Abu Dhabi Global Market, such transfer shall be subject to, and governed by, the Controller-to-Controller Standard Contractual Clauses approved under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, as set out in Schedule 1, which are hereby incorporated by reference into, and form an integral part of, these MSU API Terms. By agreeing to these MSU API Terms, You are deemed to have agreed to, and to be bound by, the Controller-to-Controller Standard Contractual Clauses.

9.1 Your access to the MSU API Services shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of the applicable API access term. You may also terminate Your use of or registration for the MSU API Services at any time by closing Your Developer Account (as defined below) or by providing us with notice of termination via email at contact_builder@nexpace.io. In any case of termination or expiration, You must immediately cease any use of the MSU API Services and delete from Your Application all MSU Game Data (together with all copies of the MSU Game Data in Your possession or under Your control).
