[Update] Character APIs Via tokenID

We would like to inform you of an update to the the Open APIs implemented during the maintenance on February 26, 2026.  

This update adds new character APIs that can be queried using tokenID, expanding the ways builders can access character data within the MapleStory Universe ecosystem.
