[Notice] Builder Inquiries Are Moving to the MSU Forum

Starting October 1, 2026, builder inquiries will be handled through the MSU Forum instead of email.

Here is where to post, when to still use email, and how to get a faster response.

Please post your questions about the MSU Open API in the Issues & Requests category on the MSU Forum, including:

• Data and endpoint requests: New data or endpoints you need
• Errors and unexpected values: Errors you're hitting or values that don't look right
• Access issues: Questions about API access and permissions
• Anything else: Any other questions about building on MSU

Posting in the Forum gets your question to the right team faster, and lets other builders find and reuse the answer.

▶ When to Still Use Email

For matters tied to your specific account, or anything that shouldn't be shared publicly, such as your API key or personal account information, please continue to contact us at contact_builder@nexpace.io.

▶ Before You Post

When you start a new topic in the Issues & Requests category, a short template is filled in for you. Completing it, especially the checkboxes indicating your request type, helps us route your question to the right team more quickly.
