[UPDATED] January 15 – Unable to Claim Reactor Rewards Issue

The issue has now been resolved, and reward claims can be processed normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the use of Reactor.

After the January 15 Reactor reopening, an issue was identified where some Maplers received an error popup when attempting to claim rewards and were unable to collect them.
* There is no issue with the claimable reward amount; however, the error popup is preventing successful reward collection.

The cause is currently under investigation and being addressed.

Additional information will be provided once the fix is completed.
