Hello from MapleStory Universe. 

We have identified an issue occurring from around 07. 07 22:00 [UTC +0] where new users attempting to register on MapleStory Universe: The Genesis are not receiving the verification code. 

Due to this issue, new users are currently unable to complete the registration process, and the MapleStory Universe team is currently working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
