September 13 Galxe Log-in Issue

We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue affecting Facewallet logins on the Galxe platform. As a result of this problem, Facewallet users are unable to proceed with the MSU quest properly.

▶ For Explorers Participating in the Daily Login Quest

During this period of technical difficulty, we kindly request that Explorers wishing to participate in the <Daily Login Quest> complete their daily login through the MapleStory Universe: The Genesis Web.

▶ Post-Resolution Measures

Upon resolution of the current issue, we will implement appropriate measures based on the web login records.

We are investigating the issue with Galxe team, and we will provide further updates through this announcement once it is resolved. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
