The information provided on this Platform and in the linked documents is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer from Nexpace to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation to purchase any NFTs, tokens, virtual assets, or financial instruments. Your participation in the Second Pioneer Test (the “Test”) and the related virtual assets is entirely at your discretion and should be based on thorough research and understanding of the specific risks involved.

Your participation in any of the activities involved in the Test is inherently risky. Therefore, with your registration and/or engagement in the Test you acknowledge that the assets involved may lose their value in part or in full and are (i) subject to extreme volatility at times or (ii) might not have any value at all. Likewise, (iii) the assets may not always be transferable, and some transfers may be irreversible; (iv) may not be liquid; (v) some transactions are not private and may be recorded on public DLTs; and (vi) may be subject to fraud, manipulation, theft, including through hacks and other targeted schemes and may not benefit from legal protections.

2. Overview and Purpose

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Terms”) between you (“you”, “your” or “User”) and Nexpace Limited (“Nexpace” “we” “us”) having its registered office in Abu Dhabi Global Market, concerning your engagement with the Nexpace Second Pioneer Test (the “Test”), which will be conducted through the MapleStory Universe official webpage at msu.io on the platform operated by Nexpace (“MSU”, the “Platform”).

2.2. These Terms aim to govern your participation in the Test, part of a blockchain-based initiative led by Nexpace designed to leverage the innovation of blockchain technology and allow Users to participate and achieve different milestones or complete Quests both by paying game and other features within the Platform obtain in-game rewards including Galaxy points, NXPC, and non-tradable decoration items (SBT), for improving User experience, engagement, and participation in the MSU ecosystem. NXPC is a utility token designed to facilitate interactions and enhance the user experience, intended for use within the MSU.

3. Scope of Application

3.1. These Terms shall apply to all Users interacting with the MSU Platform. For details on eligibility and additional Terms, please refer to the following section.

3.2. These Terms should be understood as a comprehensive document governing the specific and entire interaction of Users with the Test. Accordingly, these Terms do not apply to any other services offered on the Platform, which are dealt to be independent and separate terms.

4. Eligibility
   4.1. User who is a natural person and has attained the age of nineteen (19) with legal capacity and has sufficient authorization to enter into these Terms. However, based on our internal regulatory and User acceptance policies, Nexpace may also restrict certain citizens or residents of some regions based upon various factors. Especially, Users in certain regions may not be eligible to receive NXPC due to applicable laws. Nexpace retains the right to modify the eligibility criteria at any time, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The following individuals are restricted from accessing or using the Nexpace MSU Platform for the Test and any associated services or content on the Platform: (i) individuals identified on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN) by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Denied Persons List by the United States Department of Commerce, or any comparable sanctions lists; (ii) individuals who are citizens or residents of countries including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Lugansk or regions under embargo by the United States of America, or the United Arab Emirates. 

5. Participation Mechanism

5.1. Participation in the Test on the Platform is open to all eligible users who connect their wallet to the Platform. Users can participate in the Test by completing daily variety of daily quests (the “Quest”) and earn Galaxy points (the “Points”), NXPC, and/or non-tradable decoration items (SBT) according to the applicable Terms.

5.2. Participants should perform a variety of Quest, which include the MSN Attendance Mission for the 7-Day Cumulative Attendance Mission, Collect MAPLESTORY Letters Mission, (all referred as the “Mission”), playing daily and completing each day’s Mission (looting) for seven (7) consecutive days to win ten (10) NXPC, and the opportunity to win alphanumeric and name length Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

Participants can join two competitions during the Test: (i) MSU Marketplace Competition, which rewards NXPC to the top 20,000 participants based on activity score on MSU Marketplace, and (ii) MSU Enhancement Competition, which rewards NXPC to top 10,000 participants based on in-game item enhancement spending in MapleStory N (collectively, the “Competitions”). Detailed information about the Competitions will be communicated through official channels of MapleStory Universe.

5.3. After the Test ends, all the ranking and reward information for applicable rewards will remain visible and accessible through the MSU website notice for a specified period therein.

6. User’s Journey across the Test

​​​​​​​6.1. Users can participate in the Nexpace ecosystem through MSU web, MapleStory N (“MSN”), and MSU Marketplace, engaging in various activities as described below.​​​​​​​

6.2. Daily Check-in: Users receive EXP booster coupon (“EXP Coupon”) upon daily check-in completion on MSU web. EXP Coupon is a consumable in-game item that doubles character’s experience points obtained in MSN for a certain duration of playtime.​​​​​​​

6.3. Activities in the MSU Marketplace: Users can obtain EXP Coupons and some of the MSN items using NESO in the MSU Marketplace. NESO, exclusively distributed in MSN, is an in-game digital asset used in MapleStory Universe.​​​​​​​

6.4. Participate in MSU Marketplace Competition: Users can compete for NXPC based on activity score. Th competition rewards are tiered, with the top 20,000 ranked Users eligible, ranging from the highest tier (Top 1-100) to lowest tier (10,001-20,000).​​​​​​​

6.5. Play MSN: Users can play MSN and participate in exclusive in-game event, including but not limited to (i) daily check-in for Make Special Name NFTs minting tickets, (ii) seven (7) consecutive daily check-ins to claim ten (10) NXPC upon official launch of MSU.​​​​​​​

6.6. Participate in MSU Enhancement Competition: Users can compete for NXPC through in-game item enhancement using NESO. The top 10,000 Users will receive NXPC, with tiers ranging from the highest (Top 1-100) to the lowest (5,001-10,000).

7. MSU Marketplace Competition Rewards Structure

​​​​​​​​​​​​​7.1. Following the Test conclusion, the top 20,000 Users in Activity Score are eligible to claim NXPC upon official launch of MSU based on the tier structure below.

​​​​​​​7.2. Activity score is calculated according to the purchase amount and the sales amount as in the example below: ​​​​​​​

7.2.1. If User ‘X’ sold an item to User ‘Y’ for 1,000 NESO, in this activity:

a. User ‘X's sales amount will be recorded as 1,000, with a cumulative activity score of 1,000.

b. Likewise, User ‘Y's purchase amount will be recorded as 1,000, with a cumulative activity score of 1,000.

​​​​​​​7.3. Only wallets ranked within the reward table in Section 7.1 above are eligible for NXPC rewards. Further competition details will be announced through official MapleStory Universe channels.

8. MSU Item Enhancement Competition Reward Structure

​​​​​​​8.1. Following the Test conclusion, the top 10,000 Users in Enhancement spending are eligible to claim NXPC upon official launch of MSU based on the tier structure below.

​​​​​​​8.2. Only wallets ranked within the reward table in Section 8.1 above are eligible for NXPC rewards. Further competition details will be announced through official MapleStory Universe channels.

9. Other In-Game Activities

​​​​​​​9.1. Other in-game activities will be available throughout the Nexpace ecosystem. For instance, (i) requiring completing in-game Quests in MSU and MSN, (ii) other activities that reward Users with Galaxy Points upon completion, and (iii) alternative Quests that grant Users access to decoration items, which cannot be bought or sold, where Users will receive SBT as NFTs, which cannot be bought or sold, upon completion. Among these items received during the Test, only SBT could beutilized in the main net of Nexpace game during its grand launch. ​​​​​​

9.2. All activities and further details related to other in-game activities will be updated regularly at official channels of MapleStory Universe, therefore Users should be updated and informed to assure their smooth participation and claim of in-game rewards accordingly.

10. Nexpace Modification Rights

​​​​​​​10.1. Nexpace retains the right to modify or terminate the Test at any point without the previous consent of Users. Any changes to the Test structure, rules, or timeline will be communicated to the Users via the official Test channels. Modifications may include but are not limited to changes to the participation channels, distribution process, eligibility criteria, rewards structure, or other relating areas or elements of the Test. ​​​​​​​

10. 2. By accessing and using our Platform and our MSU ecosystem after an updated version of the Terms has been released, it is understood that Users agree and consent to the revised content of the Terms. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to all Users to regularly review these Terms to ensure a clear understanding of the Terms that govern the access to and use of Nexpace services, the Platform and conditions applicable to the Test in this Test.
