 [UPDATED] The event period for "Submit your Issue Report!" has been extended. Also event details has been updated.

During the MapleStory Universe: Gear Up NOW! , Explorers have the opportunity to participate in the MapleStory Universe ecosystem in various ways. Issue Report Event  offers event rewards to the dedicated testers who help us improve MapleStory Universe to its best version. 

If you find any issues in MapleStory N, Marketplace, or other synergy apps during the test period, please report them! Genesis Points will be awarded through a random draw.

■ How to Report 

• Connect your email with MapleStory Universe to participate in the event! 
  • Update your email address in Settings. If you already have an email address, no additional update is necessary. 
• Please report any issues you find during the test period through [MSU/MSN Homepage Footer > Support > [EVENT] ISSUE Report]. 
• After selecting the category for the issue you want to report, please fill in all required fields for us to acknowledge your participation! 
  • Provided categories: 
    • Connection 
    • Game-Related 
    • Marketplace 
    • Localization

※ Please note that we cannot provide individual responses or detailed updates on the progress of the ISSUE-Reports you submit. All submissions will be reviewed sequentially, but not all feedback may be reflected. For inquiries or suggestions unrelated to this event, please use a different category. 

※ You can check if the issue you're experiencing has been resolved by reviewing the Known Issues notice, which will be updated during the MapleStory Universe: Gear Up NOW!

⚠️ Important Notice 

• The selection of event reward winners may take up to 4 weeks or longer after the test period ends. The method of event reward distribution will be announced through a separate notice. 
• Reports submitted through channels other than [MSU/MSN Homepage Footer > Support > [EVENT] ISSUE Report] will not be recognized.
• Access may be restricted in certain regions. Depending on your location, you may encounter limitations when accessing the MapleStory Universe service. For a seamless experience, please refer to the Terms of Service.

All reports submitted by Explorers will be carefully reviewed, and valid feedback will be incorporated where possible to improve the service.
