■ Issue Report & Bug Bounty 

The 2nd Pioneer Test and Gear Up NOW! featured both Issue Report and Bug Bounty events. We deeply appreciate the many Explorers who participated and shared your feedback.

 

The MapleStory Universe team is carefully reviewing every report that you submitted. Though not all suggestions can be implemented immediately, your feedback is valued, and feasible improvements will be incorporated in upcoming updates. 

 

 

■ How to Claim the Rewards 

1) Issue Report 

  • Number of winners: 200 in total

  • Reward: 10 Genesis Points each 

 

2) Bug Bounty

For the Bug Bounty event, 5 testers who submitted significant reports that helped improve service quality and operations have been selected as Major Issue Identifiers. 

  • Number of winners: 25 in total

    • 5 Major Issue Identifiers 

    • 20 randomly selected testers 

  • Rewards:

    • Major Issue Identifiers: 20 NXPC each 

    • Randomly selected testers: 10 NXPC each 

  • How to Claim:

    • Winners can check their Claimable NXPC on [MapleStory Universe: the Genesis Web > User Profile > Claimable NXPC]. The quantities will be updated soon. 

    • Additional information about claiming NXPC rewards will be announced later.

  • Wallets or Accounts that are restricted during or after the testing period will not be eligible to claim rewards. 

  • MapleStory Universe is unable to address issues arising from incorrectly connected wallets. 

  • Account trading is strictly prohibited under our operation policy. Violators will have their tester qualifications revoked, and MapleStory Universe will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such activity. 

  • Access may be restricted in certain regions. Depending on your location, you may encounter limitations when accessing the MapleStory Universe service. For a seamless experience, please refer to the Terms of Service.  

  • Please note that users in certain regions may not be eligible to fully utilize NXPC rewards due to applicable laws.  

  • NXPC rewards are provided exclusively to users aged 19 or older. Users under the age of 19 are not eligible to apply for or receive NXPC rewards. Please ensure you meet the age requirement before applying for rewards. The company reserves the right to deny or revoke rewards if the age restriction is found to have been violated. Users are responsible for any consequences arising from providing inaccurate age information. 

  • If a wallet address that is eligible for NXPC Reward proceeds to unsubscribe from the MapleStory Universe Service prior to claiming, the user will not be able to receive the NXPC Reward.
