[UPDATED] End of Support for FaceWallet Connection

[UPDATED] 'End Schedule of FaceWallet Service Support' has been updated.

 

 

MapleStory Universe will no longer be supporting FaceWallet wallet service after the termination date specified below.

April 16, 04:59 (UTC+0)

 

 

■ Following Notice for FaceWallet Users 

With the official end of FaceWallet support, you may no longer be able to connect to MapleStory Universe services using FaceWallet starting from April 16, 04:59 (UTC +0). 

In order to maintain the account information from your existing FaceWallet account and continue using MapleStory Universe services, you need to import your FaceWallet private key into MetaMask wallet.  

 

If you do not have a MetaMask wallet yet, please refer to [Wallet Sign-Up/Connect > Sign Up STEP 1: Create your Wallet] guide and create a MetaMask wallet.  

Export your FaceWallet private key following the guide [Learn more about wallet > How do I export my FaceWallet private key] and refer to MetaMask’s [How to import an account] guide to import your FaceWallet private key into MetaMask wallet.  

 

Even after the end of support for FaceWallet on April 16, 04:59 (UTC +0), you may continue to import your FaceWallet private key into a MetaMask wallet following the guide above. 

※ However, we highly recommend you transfer your wallet service before April 16 for smooth MapleStory Universe service experience. 

 

Following account information will be retained: 

  1. Account Username 

  1. Account Profile Image 

  1. Wallet Address 

  1. Claimable NXPC 

  1. Leaderboard Rank in MapleStory Universe Web 

  1. Genesis Points 

 

MapleStory Universe will continue striving to provide seamless services for all our Explorers.

  • MapleStory Universe cannot address issues arising from incorrectly connected wallets.   

  • Account trading is prohibited under our operating policy. MapleStory Universe is not liable for any losses or damages incurred through trading attempts.
