[UPDATED] NXPC Claim Page Open Announcement

[UPDATED] Note on Access NXPC on Supported Exchanges has been updated. 

To recognize early participants in the growth of MapleStory Universe, NEXPACE will distribute 14,222,857 NXPC (1.422% of total supply on Avalanche C-chain) to a wide range of early contributors -including Open Beta Test gamers, pre-launch event users, mission completers, community members, and bug reporters — all of whom played a vital role in bringing the MSU vision to life. 

The claim period begins on May 15, 2025, and remains open until August 15, 2025.  
Eligible Maplers can check their status and claim NXPC through the official claim page.

■ How to Check Eligibility 

1. Access the NXPC Claim Page (Accessible from 5/15, 2025, 06:00 UTC +0)

   • Go to https://msu.io/claim (Make sure the URL is correct) 

2. Connect Your Wallet 

   • Connect the *MetaMask wallet that you used to participate in the relevant campaign events.  

   • Make sure your wallet is connected to Avalanche C-Chain network. 

3. Sign Up and Accept Terms (New Users Only) 

   • If you don’t have an MSU account yet, please sign up to continue.  

   • Carefully review and accept the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any related policies to proceed with your claim. 

4. Check Eligibility and Claimable Amount 

   • Once your wallet is connected, the claim page will display your eligibility status and the amount of NXPC you are entitled to claim.

Then follow the steps below to claim your NXPC:   

5. Agree to Claim Conditions 

   • If you are eligible, please click the Claim button.  

   • You will be required to confirm your agreement to the NXPC Claim Terms and Conditions and acknowledge other required items by checking the appropriate boxes before continuing. 

6. Sign the Transaction 

   • Review the transaction details and sign the claim transaction in your MetaMask wallet.  

   • Make sure you have enough *AVAX to cover the gas fee on Avalanche C-Chain.  

   • Please confirm the transaction when prompted by your wallet. 

7. Confirm Claim Success 

   • After the transaction is submitted, please wait for confirmation on the blockchain.  

   • Once your claim is complete, a success message will be displayed on the site.  

   • Then, check your wallet to confirm that the NXPC tokens have been received.  

※ If you don’t see the tokens automatically, you may need to manually add NXPC (on Avalanche C-chain) to your wallet.

■ What's Next

Once you have successfully claimed NXPC, you may start using it across the MapleStory Universe: gameplay, item trading, app utility, or in-game market participation. 

1. Bridge to Henesys L1 

   • Use MSU Warp to bridge NXPC from Avalanche C-Chain to Henesys L1. 

   • Once bridged, your NXPC becomes a native utility token on Henesys and serves as a key to unlocking limitless utility across the MapleStory Universe ecosystem. 

   • It will be used in upcoming titles such as MapleStory N and other MapleStory Universe Synergy Apps. 

2. Access NXPC on Supported Exchanges 

   • NXPC will be available on various supported exchanges (both CEX & DEX) where it can be traded for utility within the ecosystem  

   • Please note that deposit and withdrawal networks may vary across platforms, so always double-check the selected network before engaging in any activities on the supported exchanges. 

More ways to use NXPC will be unveiled in the near future.

■ Claimable NXPC Rewards Breakdown 

Total: 14,222,857 NXPC (1.422% NXPC Allocation) 

■ 01. Genesis Point 

Genesis Quest campaign was MapleStory Universe’s first long-term contribution and engagement program.  

It ran from June 24, 2024 to March 4, 2025 through integrated quests with Galxe, serving as the foundation of our pre-launch ecosystem. 
Participants earned Genesis Points by completing a wide range of quests that reflected real involvement with the project. These points represented Mapler’s progress and support during the early phases of development, before NXPC had any public token value. 

• Reward Criteria
  Genesis Point rewards encompassed a wide range of ecosystem participation — from simple social tasks to more active quest engagement, including participation in the Open Beta Test. 

  • Quests completed during the 2nd Pioneer Test and Gear Up period were given additional weighting, reflecting their significance in hands-on testing and deeper engagement.  

  • These quests were treated as the main questline of the Genesis campaign, with Bonus Genesis Points automatically granted-no additional claims were required. 

  • Internal sybil filtering was applied based on gameplay behavior and wallet data to ensure fairness. 

• Eligibility Notes

  • Only quests claimed before March 4, 2025, at 04:59 UTC were counted. Unclaimed points could not be restored or requested afterward. 

  • Wallets flagged for violations of MSU’s terms of service, including account trading or accessing from restricted regions, were disqualified from receiving any rewards. 

  • Final NXPC amounts were calculated based on a combination of total Genesis Points, campaign participation quality and internal scoring algorithms. Each eligible wallet received a personalized allocation, not a flat distribution. 

The Genesis Point allocation is a tribute to those who stayed with us throughout our early journey, consistently engaging with MapleStory Universe vision and helping shape the foundation of our future journey. 

■ 02. NXPC Competition 

• The NXPC Competition, held from November 20 to 29, 2024 during the 2nd Pioneer Test period, featured two categories: Enhancement and Marketplace. 

• Participants competed for top rankings based on their NESO token usage, with real-time leaderboards tracking activity throughout the event. 

• A total of 2,013,610 NXPC was distributed to top performers across both categories. 

• Reward distribution reflected final rankings, including tie-breaker adjustments. Maplers identified for multi-accounting or abusive behavior were excluded from receiving rewards. (See Notice) 

■ 03. MapleStory N 7-Day Check-In 

• Participants who completed a total of 7 MapleStory N Daily Check-In during the 2nd Pioneer Test period received 10 NXPC as a reward. (See Notice) 

■ 04. Bug Bounty 

• Among the participants, 20 Randomly Selected Explorers” and “5 Major Issue Identifiers”who shared valuable feedback received NXPC rewards. (See Notice) 

■ 05. MSU Alphabet Fusion Campaign 

• During the “Alphabet Fusion” event held from March 17 to March 24, 2025, participants collaborated to complete a 39-slot Collection Board by submitting Alphabet, Number, or Name Length NFTs — with 1 NXPC granted per NFT in return.  

• A total of 15,747 NFTs were burned, and an equal amount of NXPC was allocated to participants based on their individual contributions. (See Notice) 

■ 06. Kaito: Connect Top Voters 

• To identify and reward contributors from the Web3 community active on X (Twitter), we integrated with Kaito, an AI-powered InfoFi network. 

• For the MSU-dedicated Yapper Leaderboard to be integrated into Kaito, MapleStory Universe first had to win the Yapper Launchpad on Kaito Connect. 

• MapleStory Universe achieved a record-breaking victory, receiving the highest vote count in Kaito history at the time — all within just two days. 

• The top 500 voters were selected based on total voting power calculated using Kaito’s official mechanism at the time, which weighted Yapper Votes and Holder Votes equally (50:50). 

• All 500 selected participants received an equal NXPC reward. 

※ To be eligible for rewards, participants also needed to have their main EVM wallet connected via Kaito Connect at the time of voting. 

■ 07. Kaito: MSU Leaderboard (Pre-TGE) 

• The top 2,000 contributors to MSU-related discussions on X (Twitter) between May 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025, as measured through the MSU Community Leaderboard on Kaito, were selected for NXPC rewards. 

• This included not only high-reach accounts but also smaller creators who consistently posted high-quality MSU-related content during the period. 

• Participants were categorized into reward tiers based on their relative contribution level, with each tier receiving a fixed NXPC amount. 

• Contributions on X continue to be tracked beyond the snapshot period, including post-TGE activity, and may be considered for  future reward programs. Stay tuned for updates!   

※ Accounts associated with the MapleStory Universe team were excluded from the reward distribution. 

※ To be eligible for rewards, participants were also required to have their main EVM wallet connected via Kaito Yaps at the time of the snapshot. 
 

■ Early Engagement Rewards 

In addition to NXPC distribution, MapleStory Universe offered early community participants a range of utility-driven rewards that recognized time, effort, and meaningful engagement — beyond tokens.  
These rewards were designed to acknowledge genuine involvement during the project's formative stages and to encourage continued engagement within the ecosystem and on-chain.   

■ Make Special Name 

The "Make Special Name" NFT collection, consisting of Alphabet, Number, and Digit NFTs, was freely distributed and claimable by participants in the 2nd Pioneer Test and Gear Up period.  
These NFTs allowed Maplers to create and reserve unique in-game nicknames ahead of the official launch.  
  
By combining specific types, Maplers could mint their name as a Reserved Name NFT, securing early personalization and establishing a unique identity within the MapleStory Universe ecosystem.  
Due to strong community interest in securing meaningful and memorable name combinations, Make Special Name NFTs were actively exchanged on public marketplaces like OpenSea, where Maplers acquired name components to personalize and reserve in-game names.  

Subsequently, some Reserved Name NFTs — particularly those featuring rare or symbolic names — were also traded on marketsplaces, reflecting the community’s creative expression and early engagment.   

The "Make Special Name" NFT collection became one of the most actively exchanged NFT collections on Avalanche to date, fueled entirely by organic interest and community participation.  
 
Importantly, MapleStory Universe did not monetize this process in any way — no royalties were collected, and the entire distribution was carried out through free claims.

• Make Special Name NFT 

  • 241,158 NFTs minted through Free claim 

  • 11.4K+ AVAX in total trading volume (≈ $395K+) 

  • #2 in all-time Avalanche NFT trading volume 

• Reserved Name NFT 

  • 18,823 unique Reserved Name NFTs minted 

  • Highest Recorded Sale: 200 AVAX (≈ $5K+) 

■ LIVE World Leap 

As part of its early community reward programs, MapleStory Universe introduced the exclusive LIVE World Leap initiative during the 2nd Pioneer Test and Gear Up period. 
This event allowed eligible Maplers — those who completed pre-assigned quests — to carry over select character and item progress from the testnet phase into the official MapleStory N live service. 

Participants who qualified were granted minting rights for their testnet characters, equipment, and pets, allowing them to transfer these to the live environment in the form of NFTs.  
This transition was made possible through the NXPC Fission protocol, which utilized NXPC to generate leap-eligible NFTs. These NFTs could be re-minted for use within the game once the live service began.  

Importantly, this benefit was available solely through in-game participation and progression, reinforcing the community-first and utlity-driven nature of the program.  
 

※ A portion of the NXPC allocation has been designated for the NXPC Fission protocol, enabling the distribution of NFTs to qualified early community members through the LIVE World Leap program.
