Notice on FT Purchase Issue in Marketplace

An issue prevents FT purchases in the marketplace from completing even when the available balance appears sufficient.

At present, completing an FT purchase requires holding a balance that covers the listed product price plus the fee. (The actual charge is only the displayed product price.)

As a workaround until resolution, keep a balance at least 5% above the purchase amount before attempting a purchase.
