[COMPLETED] October 20 Temporary Maintenance and NXPC Warp service anomaly

 

We would like to inform our Maplers of a temporary maintenance affecting the access to the MapleStory Universe Services.

▶Maintenance Details

  • An issue has been identified where NXPC cannot be received when warping to the AVAX-C Chain or Henesys. 
    • The warped amount is not lost. We are currently investigating the issue to ensure there is no loss or harm to our players, and will provide further updates through an additional notice.
    • The warp function will remain disabled until the issue is fully resolved, and cannot be used during this period.
