[Updated on July 30, 8:20]

We are pleased to share that this issue has been resolved.

Maplers can now normally use our services without any warning banners being displayed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello, Maplers.

Recently, MetaMask's security detection policies have become significantly more aggressive than before.

Consequently, a scam warning banner may be displayed during the wallet signing step when using certain services, such as purchasing items from the Webshop.

Please rest assured that this is an issue where newly tightened security logic is misinterpreting our normal service actions—which involve transferring NESO from your wallet—as a potential risk.

The 'NESO asset access approval (Approve) system' within MapleStory Universe is strictly engineered to grant authority only to our specifically designated, highly secure official contracts. Because of this structural safeguard, hacking or unauthorized draining of your assets through these actions will not occur, allowing you to interact with our services with complete peace of mind.

The following lists the three official, secure contracts that currently display the warning banner due to the tightened detection settings:

  • NextForwarder (0x08C2CB00d04B28348a62D83A764021975ea76659)

    • Usage: Revoking asset access permission, NESO ↔ NXPC Swap

  • L1Teller (0xEbdeB5BdeDd722DD663CD46b30A10361b8d0Aad3)

    • Usage: USDT Warp Out

  • NextMeso (0x07E49Ad54FcD23F6e7B911C2068F0148d1827c08)

    • Usage: Webshop Purchases

※ We are constantly monitoring our services for any other areas where the scam warning banner might be displayed. If any new addresses are verified, we will immediately update this notice to keep you in the loop.

Even if the MetaMask scam warning banner appears alongside any of the three addresses listed above, they are our official and secure contracts. You may safely proceed with your transactions by clicking the "Confirm" button.

We are currently communicating closely with the MetaMask team and are taking measures to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you.
