• The technical issue with Mercuryo has been resolved. Maplers can now normally purchase NXPC through Mercuryo by clicking the "Buy NXPC" button.

[Resolved] We have identified an operational issue with Mercuro that is currently preventing normal withdrawals.

• The "Buy" button within the Mercuro service will be temporarily disabled until the feature maintenance is complete.

• If you have already experienced this issue, please rest assured that we are preparing corrective measures for all affected users. We kindly ask for your patience while we resolve this.

We will provide an update through this notice once the issue is resolved and the service is restored.
