[3-1] What to Expect When Using Service and Communities
[3-1-1] The Service Provider may take appropriate measures to protect other users by promptly addressing any behaviors that interfere with the smooth operation of the Service or disrupt the gameplay environment, in accordance with the general order and norms shared by users and the Service Provider.
[3-1-2] In general, the Service Provider does not intervene in users' normal activities or private disputes between users. However, the Service Provider may issue warnings or restrict access in the following cases:
1) Negatively affecting the smooth operation of the Service, such as using unauthorized programs or disrupting others’ gameplay experience;
2) Involving oneself in private disputes that could harm a large number of users; or
3) Otherwise disrupting the normal conduct of gameplay, either for oneself or for others.
[3-1-3] The level of restriction imposed will depend on he nature and severity of the behavior. However, Support Center staffs may adjust the level of restriction based on their reasonable consideration, which may lead to changes in the type and duration of the restriction.
[3-1-4] Even if users do not directly violate the Operation Policy, they may face restriction if it is confirmed that they were involved in such behavior.
[3-1-5] If repeated violations of the Operation Policy are identified from the same system information (IP, PC, Wallet address, etc.), user accounts accessed from the same system information may be treated as belonging to the same individual and may face restrictions.
[3-1-6] If abnormal use of the Service is repeatedly detected from the same system information (IP, PC, Wallet address, etc.) and negatively affects the Service, access from that system information may be temporarily restricted until the issue is resolved. Additionally, if users use multiple accounts to collect in-game items simultaneously, their accounts may be temporarily restricted. Based on the outcome of the investigation, in-game items may be reclaimed, in-game transactions may be restricted, and game access may be limited.
[3-1-7] If users gain unfair advantages by violating the Operation Policy, those gains may be reclaimed. If the full amount of the acquired in-game items cannot be recovered due to their use or transfer, the shortfall may be compensated with alternative items. Additional measures may include resetting associated game data, deleting characters, or freezing the account. If the unfairly acquired items cannot be recovered, they may be burned or made functionally invalid.
[3-1-8] In cases of serious violations of the Operation Policy that disrupt the gameplay environment, the Service Provider may take legal action against the responsible party or parties involved.
[3-1-9] If an account that has been sanctioned for violating the Operation Policy is deleted and then subsequently rejoined, the original restriction period may be reinstated if there are reasonable grounds to indicate that it belongs to the same user.
[3-1-10] If the Service Provider suspects abnormal transactions involving items, goods, or accounts created in violation of the Operation Policy, or suspects the use of unauthorized programs, it may temporarily restrict access to the Service, prevent transactions, or freeze accounts.
[3-1-11] A user may face restrictions from using the Service under any of the following circumstances:
① If the user has been permanently restricted from the Service for any reason outlined in the Operation Policy; or
② If the user’s access to the Service has been restricted due to abnormal use of the Service
③ If the user voluntarily deletes their account after abnormal use of the Service, it will still be considered the same as item ②.
[3-1-12] If the following conditions are confirmed, the guild may be deemed to have been established with the intent to violate the Operation Policy, and actions may be taken against the entire guild. These actions may include forced changes to the guild name, dissolution of the guild, or other measures, which may also affect guild members who were not involved in the violations: ① If multiple guild members are found to have violated the Operation Policy; or ② If multiple guild members are found to have engaged in collective unsportsmanlike behavior or abuse
[3-2] Restriction Policies
[3-2-1] Violations of the Operation Policy may result in actions including, but not limited to, temporary or permanent restrictions on the use or access to the Service. The Service Provider will determine the appropriate action for each violation of the Operation Policy.
[3-2-2] The Service Provider is not obligated to issue a warning before taking action against users for violating the Operation Policy.
[3-2-3] The Service Provider is not responsible for any losses incurred during the period of the restriction. Examples of such losses include expiration of Marketplace registrations and inability to complete quests.
[3-2-4] Users who are subject to permanent restriction forfeit all content licenses associated with their suspended account. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any postings or take action against users who violates the Operation Policy or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. The Service Provider also reserves the right to remove any user-generated content, accounts, or devices from the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates the Operation Policy or the Terms of Service. Users who violate the Terms of Service can be subject to sanctions, which may include, among other measures, (i) permanent restriction on use, (ii) recovery, revocation or confiscation of Digital Assets to the extent permitted under relevant laws and regulations, and to the extent possible from a technical perspective, whether on-chain or off-chain, (iii) suspension (freezing) of your wallet, which can result in suspension of Digital Assets inside your wallet,, or suspension of transfer within or outside the Platform, (iv) suspension/restriction of transactions, (v) collection of unjust enrichment, and (vi) restoration to original condition.
[3-2-5] Accounts with a history of restrictions for any of the following reasons may be excluded from receiving on-time/check-in rewards, maintenance compensation, time-limited items, or event prizes. Additionally, the Service Provider will not provide support for losses related to time-limited items that could not be used during the restriction period or any other damages arising from the use of the Service.
