[COMPLETED on July 24, 2024 05:50 (UTC+0)] We would like to inform our Explorers that the scheduled maintenance on the MapleStory Universe: The Genesis website has been completed.

Access to MapleStory Universe: The Genesis has now reopened.

 

We would like to inform our Explorers of a scheduled maintenance affecting the access to the MapleStory Universe: The Genesis Web. Please check below for details on the maintenance.

August 21 05:00 ~ 06:00 05:50 (UTC+0)

 

▶Maintenance Details

  • Special Decoration Items are distributed to the Pioneer Testers who have completed and claimed all the Quest points for the <MapleStory N Pioneer Test> Collection. 

  • Special Decoration Items may be found in [The Genesis Web > Dressroom > “Special Level” tab].

 

※ Note  

  • Access to the MapleStory Universe: The Genesis Web will not be available during maintenance. 

  • Access to GALXE for MSU Quest will still be available during maintenance.

  • The Quest points that some testers were unable to claim due to Galxe error have been manually distributed, and the testers may check their Quest points received in [My Achievements]. 

  • Special Decoration Items are distributed to the testers who have claimed Quest points for all other Quests except for those affected by the Galxe issues.

  • Please refer to <Pioneer Tester Reward Notice> for details on the Special Decoration Items.
