Revision of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

In preparation for the official live service of MapleStory Universe, we are updating our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (TOS) and Privacy Policy (PP). These updates will take effect on May 13, 2025, with the launch of the official MapleStory Universe website.  

 

The updated terms are tailored for the live service environment, enhance user protection, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. 

 

■ Overview of Key Updates 

To reflect the transition to the official live service and ensure a clearer, more transparent user experience, the following updates have been made: 

 

  • Clarified scope of services, responsibilities, and associated risks 
  • Refined data handling policies 
  • Streamlined overall terms for greater clarity and user understanding. 
  • Introduced two new documents: Code of Conduct and Risk Disclosure Statement.
