Enhancement Price Issue Resolution Notice

Please find below the investigation results and the list of Maplers eligible for reimbursement regarding the issue where dynamic pricing increased abnormally in certain enhancement tiers.

 

[Issue Description]

  • After the November 19 Patch, the Cube enhancement price for certain enhancement tiers increased even though no paid enhancement was actually performed.

 

[Cause of the Issue]

  • We confirmed an issue where the use of free cubes that were erroneously granted in-game affected the enhancement price calculation.

 

[Actions Taken]

  • Dynamic Pricing Adjustment
    • The Cube enhancement prices for the affected equipment have been restored to the correct values, except for the erroneous free cube usage. This fix was applied during the recent maintenance.
  • Refunds
    • Among Maplers who proceeded with enhancements during the period in which prices increased due to erroneous free cube usage, 36 Maplers who were affected by more than 10,000 NESO have been compensated with the difference compared to the normal price.
