[3-3-5] Abuse of Payment and Chargeback 

The following are strictly prohibited : 

- Fling unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks ;  

- Attempting to obtain Digital Assets without valid payment; and  

- Any other fraudulent or abusive use of payment methods.  

 

If you have an issue with a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact support first so that we can attempt to resolve it directly before filing a chargeback. 

 

Classification of Cases 

Cases may be classified as follows: 

  1. Unauthorized Payment : a payment made without the account holder’s authorization (e.g., stolen card or unauthorized use of payment credentials)  

  1. Friendly Fraud : a chargeback filed by a user who made a legitimate purchase but later disputes the transaction without valid grounds  

  1. Intentional Abuse : deliberate or repeated exploitation of the payment or chargeback process to obtain Digital Assets without valid payment

Permanent restriction, with the right to pursue legal action reserved. 

 

Additional Provisions 

If a chargeback is filed after a Digital Asset has been delivered, the following actions may be taken: 

- Restrict or suspend account access; 

- Restrict transactions and use of the service ; 

- Revoke, invalidate, or recover any Digital Assets obtained through the relevant payment; and 

- Recover equivalent value where direct recovery is not possible (including by deducting balances or imposing equivalent restrictions). 

 

Where Digital Assets have been transferred to a third party or to another account, necessary measures may be taken against both the originating account and the recipient account while the investigation is in progress.  To help us resolve the issue, you may be required to provide information or documentation related to the disputed transaction.   

 

5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy 

All Digital Assets provided through the in-service store or similar channels are deemed, supplied and consumed immediately upon receipt, and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.  

 

By completing a purchase, you confirm that : 

  • You agree that performance of the digital content commences immediately upon receipt; and 

  • You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires immediately upon commencement of performance. 

 

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances only : 

  • The Digital Asset was not delivered; 

  • The Digital Asset is materially defective or unusable due to a technical issue on our part; or 

  • The transaction was processed in error (e.g., duplicate payment). 

 

No refund will be provided where the Digital Asset has been used, consumed, modified, or transferred.
