Notice on Login Disconnection Issue

Login disconnection issue is currently in occurrence.

We have identified an issue where login sessions may intermittently disconnect when using MapleStory Universe services after a certain period of inactivity.

Please note that the cause is under investigation, and once identified, necessary fixes will be implemented.

As a temporary solution, you can use the services normally by logging in again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are currently making every effort to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

Further updates will be provided through the Known Issue notice on MapleStory N webpage once the issue is resolved.
