MapleStory Universe: Gear Up NOW! Announcement 

 

A heartfelt thank you to everyone exploring MapleStory Universe! Since day one, your insights and feedback have been instrumental in shaping the game, and we deeply value your continued support.


As a way to show our gratitude for the passionate involvement, we are excited to announce that we are now entering the MapleStory Universe: Gear Up period. The first step would be the “Gear Up NOW!” phase that will start after the scheduled maintenance (November 29, 2024 09:00 AM (UTC+0)) ends. Gear Up NOW! will continue until December 23, 2024 00:00 AM (UTC+0). All your In-game data from 2nd Pioneer Test will be continued for the Gear Up NOW! phase.


MapleStory Universe: Gear Up NOW! phase is a key step toward the full-scale live service. Special benefits are being prepared for current participants of the 2nd Pioneer Test, recognizing your passion and dedication. Additionally, new events with valuable in-game rewards will be introduced throughout the Gear Up period. Incredible rewards are prepared for all participants - and what's more exciting part is: The rewards will be carried over to the official launch.


Gear Up NOW! aims to establish a solid foundation for the service based on your feedback, ensuring a more refined and engaging experience when the official launch arrives.

■ Gear Up Period Special Event 

 

Gear up NOW! Check-In Event (LINK)

  • Event Period: December 2, 2024 05:00 (UTC+0) ~ December 21, 2024 23:59 (UTC+0) 
  • Gear Up NOW! Check-In Event requires players to hunt monsters that are within +-20 of your character’s level to obtain <Pioneer Daily Check-In Box> and collect 10 letters (M,A,P,L,E,S,T,O,R,Y) to complete the Daily Check-In. Even if you miss a mission on a given day, you can carry over up to 20 missions to participate until the final day of the event. However, Daily Check-In Rewards can only be claimed once per day, regardless of the number of missions you complete.
  • Daily Check-In Rewards 
    • 2x EXP Coupon x 1ea (Not mintable) 
    • Name Ticket (Not mintable)

2. Click [Quests] on the website > Check Quest Collection

  • When completing Gear up NOW! Check-In Event mission for 15 times, 1 Character that accomplished 4th Job Advancement will be available to be used in the LIVE server for official launch per each wallet. 
  • You need to complete every 2nd Pioneer Test: MapleStory N Play Quest to world leap a character. The 2nd Pioneer Test: MapleStory N Play Quest period will be extended throughout the Gear Up period. You can complete the quests until the Gear Up period ends.
  • Only a character that you created & minted in your account may complete the 2nd Pioneer Test: MapleStory N Play Quest.

It cannot be bought/sold on the Marketplace nor assigned to others.

⚠️ Important notice

  • You cannot proceed required quests for LIVE World Leap or change character equipment settings after Gear Up NOW! ends.

    • Please note that you need to complete every quest in <2nd Pioneer Test: MapleStory N Play Quests> within Gear Up period.
    • Please set all items including Equipment and Pet in [Equipment Inventory] of your desired character for LIVE World Leap within Gear Up period.
  • In-game rewards will be sent to the wallet that participated in the Pioneer Test gameplay. Please make sure to check the connected wallet address when participating in the test, as it cannot be changed later. MapleStory Universe is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect wallet connections. 
  • The 2nd Pioneer Test rewards will be claimed after the Gear Up period ends. The exact date will be announced further. 
  • Please note that special decoration items will be non-tradable. 
  • Test and reward details are subject to change. 
  • All game data from the 2nd Pioneer Test and Gear Up NOW! that are not officially reserved will be reset after the Gear Up period ends. 
  • MapleStory Universe is unable to address issues arising from incorrectly connected wallets. 
  • Any violation of the operating policy during the test may result in revocation of tester privileges. 
  • Access may be restricted in certain regions. Depending on your location, you may encounter limitations when accessing the MapleStory Universe service. For a seamless experience, please refer to the Terms of Service. 
  • Please note that users in certain regions may not be eligible to receive NXPC rewards due to applicable laws.
