The NXPC Claim and the official support ticket category for names that violate Operation Policy, Name Redemption Inquiry, will be closed following the schedule specified below.

Maplers who wish to submit Name Redemption Inquiry or claim tokens via NXPC Claim should proceed before the closing schedule.
※ As previously guided in the [Name Redemption Campaign Announcement], Name Redemption Inquiry will be closed on August 15, 2025, 23:59 (UTC +0), which is three months following the official launch of MapleStory N.
※ The Name Redemption Campaign will remain available until further notice.
※ After the closure of the NXPC Claim feature, Maplers cannot claim any remaining tokens, and unclaimed tokens may be repurposed to support the ecosystem.

※ NXPC Claim will be available from May 15, 2025 to August 15, 2025. After the closure of NXPC Claim feature, Maplers may not claim any remaining tokens, and unclaimed tokens may be repurposed to support the ecosystem.
